The celestial music,
When
Faded away in the distance,
Rejoiced the enticed Gopis no more.
The syrupy butter in the carved jars,
Crowned one above the other,
Emptied no more.
The damsels you toyed with,
Complained no more.
No more,
The cheerful cows grazed.
No more,
The animals kids chased,
Played.
No more,
The vivacious peacocks,
Plumes opening wide, danced.
No more,
The fresh leaves,
When the silent dews tickle, giggled.
No more,
The playful birds fluttered.
No more,
The delicate fishes shimmered.
The sturdy mountains,
The dense forests,
The milky rivers,
The dreamy nights,
The happy dawns,
Exists no more.
Mirth lingered
No more.
Gazes got tired
No more.
Souls relented
No more.
Hearts loved
No more.
Words have died away.
Emotions have gone astray.
Life has come to a stay,
When the celestial music,
You played,
Lingered
No more.
No more.
